1. Booking & Payment
All bookings must be confirmed with payment via the provided booking system. Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.

2. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged in advance, subject to availability.

3. Occupancy
The apartment accommodates a maximum of 3 people. Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.

4. House Rules
No smoking inside the apartment
No parties or events allowed
Quiet hours must be respected
Respect the property and neighbours at all times

5. Damages & Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or breakages caused during their stay. Costs may be charged accordingly.

6. Safety & Security
The property offers secure parking and a safe environment. However, Sunrise Apartment is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

7. Cancellations
Cancellation policies are governed by the booking platform (e.g. Nightsbridge). Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific terms.

8. Use of Facilities
All facilities, including the heated splash pool, are used at the guest’s own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.

9. Right of Admission
Sunrise Apartment reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate a stay if house rules are violated.

10. General
By confirming a booking, guests agree to these terms and conditions.
